How does an external hard drive work?
I have only a 80 GB hard drive and just found out that only has 8 GB of free space my laptop, someone told me the other day you should get an external hard drive, and I just wanted to know how they work. Did you just save the information them like a USB memory? It was also to be able to put all my music on the hard drive and then when I plug my iPod in, is that the music is loaded on my iPod from the external drive? Thanks in advance!
All I said is correct. All you have to do with your music is that you should copy everything to the external drive, then add back to iTunes through its new location on the external hard drive, then it would all work as always had.
